A study of families we’ve served through the years shows that 65% of loved ones pass away at night or on weekends. That is why it is important for you to have 24-hour access to our team, 7 days a week.
Day or night, your call will be answered by trained staff. When your loved one has passed, a member of our team will immediately respond to bring them into our care.
Prior to a funeral service, there will be many tasks to be completed in order for the service to go the way you want. Flowers must be selected, a eulogy/obituary will need to be prepared, and dozens of other decisions will need to be made. During this time, you will have 24-hour access to your Oakcrest funeral director. You will have our cell phone numbers and you are welcome to call or text at any time.
It is important to know that when you contact Oakcrest Funeral Services, you are engaging an entire team including funeral directors, attendants, a graphic designer and administrative support. We are all here to support you, handle the details, and ensure that the service is a beautiful farewell.
