In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the KRHC Foundation and will be used to directly support and enhance patient care in the Obstetrics Department at Kossuth Regional Health Center. A public funeral Mass for Caden Mark Bormann, infant son of Peter and Cassi Bormann of Livermore will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 22, 2022, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Humboldt. A private family burial will be held in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Bode.

Precious little angel, Caden Mark Bormann, beloved infant son of Peter and Cassi (Forbes) Bormann went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 16, 2022.

Pete and Cassi wanted to make sure to continue to travel as a family, so during his short time, he took road trips with stops in Nashville, Tennessee, Savannah, Georgia, and Bradenton, Florida; and later enjoyed a trip to St. Louis and cheered for both the Cardinals and the Cubs because mom and dad can rarely agree on teams!

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Deb (Mark Wenman) Forbes of Robins; paternal grandparents, Mark and Susan Bormann of Livermore; maternal great-grandmother, Shirley Dick; paternal great-grandmother, Irene M. Bormann; aunts and uncles, Chelsea (Rob) Archibald, Matthew (Nancy) Bormann, Joseph (Val) Bormann, Maria (Joel) Zeman, Amanda (Ryan)Bousquet, Elizabeth Reynolds, Anna (Brian) Olson; and numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.

He was greeted in Heaven by his maternal grandfather, Paul Forbes; maternal great-grandparents, Rickard Dick, Harold Atwood, and Lester Forbes; paternal great-grandparents, Shirley and Charles Berte, Harold Bormann; and grandfather figure, Alfred Freilinger.
