Barbara was my matron of honor for my wedding in June 1959. Moved away from Titonka to Austin, Mn. and lost connections w/her. Also we rode the same bus to school. My maiden name was Zwiefel. My sympathies to the family. Corinne Zwiefel Johnson Olson from Zearing, Iowa.
Barbara was my parent's, (Frank and Virginia Becker) flower girl in their wedding at the Burt Presbyterian Church June 22, 1947. When we had a celebration of their wedding anniversary, Barb was always invited. Such fond memories. My sympathies to the family. Linda Becker Armbrecht
I have many fond memories of Barb as my childhood playmate. We attended the same church and were in SS together. Her mother was my SS teacher. We had many fun times together playing at her house in the country when my dad delivered fuel to her dad. I always managed to catch a ride with him so we could play awhile. We grew apart after high school and reconnected when she began attending the Pres Church in Algona. My sympathy goes to all of her family but especially brother Gene as he is the only one I know at this time. I am so sorry for your loss. She was a lovely person, very quiet, kind and giving as was her mother & father.
I remember Barb most in my young days growing up in Algona. Weekends and sleepovers with Debbie. Bugging Murl and Laurie. Your mom was very sweet, generous and loving. In later years, reconnecting with Debbie in Omaha, and Laurie marrying my cousin Myles. Such a small, beautiful world.
My sympathies and prayers go out to the entire family and friends of Barb. 🙏
Murl ,Lori , Brett, Debbie and rest of the family and families I am so sorry for your loss, Keeping you all in my Prayers and thoughts sending Hugs as well for comfort. She is now keeping watch over all of the family now.
So sorry to hear of your Mom's passing Bret and also to your brother Gene. I will always remember Barb and all the fun times we had as cousins. Especially all the good times with Great Grandma's house in Burt. Barb and I were the only girls in the Ringsdorf family.
So sorry to hear of your mom’s passing,Bret. She and Dort would sometimes “sneak” over to the store for an afternoon treat. Such a nice lady.

Barb is a wonderful lady. She did an excellent job for my dad, Dr. Jongewaard. But besides that, she was a great friend. I loved to spend time with her. Rolie (Jongewaard) Grady
